This project involves the construction of a 5.5 million sq. ft., two-story facility, which features a substantial 2 million sq. ft. mezzanine level. It is designed for the assembly of lithium-ion batteries.
The scope of the project encompasses the construction of the building shell, along with the installation of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) components for Wing 1. Upon completion, the facility is expected to achieve an impressive annual production capacity of approximately 30 gigawatt-hours (GWh).
A cleanroom upgrade project focuses on improving cleanliness and operational efficiency through enhancements in gowning, air shower systems, power and gas delivery, and equipment relocation in a 4,000 sq. ft. space.
